Great job! I really enjoyed your video. What I liked the most about it was that it was comical and informative at the same time (my favorite part is when she says she's too busy to notice the electrical signs at the bus stops because she was playing draw something). I think you effectively transitioned into each topic about Rutgers transportation. You talked about: bus stops and routes, online bus schedules, NextBus, weekend buses (and their routes), and where to go if anyone still had any questions and/or concerns about transportation. I knew public safety was in charge of parking and tickets and such but I didn't know they also handled Rutgers transportation. You learn something new every day :).
So I just typed this whole comment out and then accidentally closed the window -____-. I agree! I thought it was very funny, I loved the "L" when she said "smart phone deficient" even though she has DrawSomething :p. But the bus system is daunting for a student here and even more of a concern for incoming first years. Information Man put all of the information that was necessary, forward without overwhelming your first year. I also love that you addressed a first year saying that they knew everything because a lot of first years come in afraid to ask for help and it is important not to force it, but to remind them that it is here. <3
Love this! I loved the little quips you put in there, like about how nobody likes Busch. Bus stops/routes are pretty much the one universal thing that makes first-years confused and slightly terrified, and I like how you made it sound simple and non-intimidating. And amid all the letters for the bus routes and all the different stops, things like NextBus and the electrical signs and weekend buses kind of get lost (until you need to use it and then you realize you're clueless. I like how you put the details like those in there! =)
